New patient enrolments

New patients are welcome to request to enrol at Normans Rd Surgery, subject to capacity. Priority will be given to family members or referrals from our existing enrolled patients.

Requests will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified when/if a space becomes available.

Please note new patients appointments require both a nurse and Drs appointment. These appointments are charged at our casual rate. (See schedule of fees).

It is important to note that you will not be able to book an appointment or order a prescription until your enrolment has been completed and assessed. This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.
